This policy covers digihealthcloud.com, the public website of DigiHealthCloud LLC. It does not cover data collected inside a clinical study application we operate on behalf of a sponsor — that data is governed by the study protocol, the informed consent form approved by the reviewing IRB or ethics committee, and our written agreement with the sponsor.

What this website collects

If you contact us through the form or by email, we receive the name, email address and message you choose to send, and we store it in our own database on this site's hosting so we can reply and, if you asked for it, send you our update on clinical trials using digital health technology. We also record the time, your IP address and browser identifier with the submission, which we use to block automated abuse of the form. We use none of it for advertising, and we do not sell it. You can ask us to delete it at any time, and every email we send you includes a way to unsubscribe.

Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested) for security and reliability purposes.

Please do not send patient data here

This website is not a channel for protected health information. Do not include patient identifiers, health records or study data in the contact form or in email to us. If you need to share study data with us, we will set up an appropriate agreement and a secure transfer method first.

Study data we process for sponsors

When we operate a study application, we act on the instructions of the sponsor or CRO that engaged us. Our obligations — including any Business Associate Agreement under HIPAA, the de-identification method applied, retention periods and permitted transfers — are set out in that agreement and in the study documentation. Participants should direct questions about their own data to their study site or the contact named on their consent form.
